We had a sewer line back up from the street into the house, both bathrooms, showers, toilets, etc. The tech, Eric, was there within the hour as promised and quickly went to work and cleared the line so we could use the bathrooms again. Eric took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Eric was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable in what he was doing. Will definitely refer Roto-Rooter to anyone who needs plumbing help!
Fletcher came out with John and took care of the issue right away and explained everything he was doing so I understood what was happening…..he went the extra mile and located my drain out pipe which I did not know where it was and snaked his camera in to inspect my pipes and didn’t see any major issues …..Thank you Fletcher, I .highly recommended ROTO ROOTER and Fletcher for your service calls….y
