Roto-Rooter came out promptly and fixed the problem quickly. Cost was rather high but they found us a discount so that helped.
This was the best experience I have ever had when dealing with a plumbing problem. John was wonderful, he was very knowledgeable, kind and answered all my questions. Very, very, very satisfied customer. I would Rate him more than five stars if it was available. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter to anyone.
I strongly advise against using Roto-Rooter. I hired them expecting professional service, but the experience was a complete disappointment. They walked into my home, stayed for less than 15 minutes, and claimed there was moisture everywhere without doing any real diagnostic work. They immediately tried to upsell restoration services and said the floors needed to be ripped out—without any evidence.
