It was a simple snaking service that had to be done. Yet the plumber was pushing for 8k claiming the drain line had collapsed and fake put a camera down a T pipe that is at a 90' angle and physically IMPOSSIBLE to put a camera down. This man had a his phone out fake beeping around my yard... He told me to keep this between us as he didn't charge me for the camera service... Absolute scammers. I've had multiple honest plumbers come in and confirm this.
Wil and Eric were wonderful. They explained everything fully and we're extremely professional.
Fast to get there and fast to resolve the issue. Very polite. Explained every step.
