I scheduled my water heater repair for 9-11 the technicians didn't show up till around 1215 pm , upon arival they diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution. They replaced my pressure relife valve which in stores is average $20 in store i was charged $70 plus pretty outrageous mark up by the company considering they most likely purchase in bulk, after about a solid 20 minutes of work the total came to almost $500 dollars about what it cost for a brand new water heater excluding the labor to put it in.
