We had a clogged drain that we couldn’t unplug. Daniel from roto rooter came and cleared the whole line. He was professional and efficient. Daniel was pleasant and explained all that was wrong so we could understand. He really knew his stuff.He cleaned up everything when he was done. If I have to have drain cleaned again I will request Daniel. We were VERY pleased with his work.

Great turn around. Got service within a couple of hours of calling. Had a clog deep in the pipes causing the bathtub water to drain to our kitchen sink a floor below. Chad was super helpful and informative. Told us in detail what he needed to do and fixed the issue within a few hours. Good quality work with a 6 month warranty and these guys are professionals! Price for the service was higher than we anticipated and thankful for a coupon we found on their website.
Tech was very nice and pleasant. The price be aware. This company has a fixed fee of $699 to unblock a sink drain. They come to quote for free (that’s the marketing). Then hit you with a big fee for job. Took the chap 5 mins to snack out a simple block. I guess if we have a complex issue, fixed price would have been beneficial. But it was obviously a simple job.
