I'm very pleased with all the extensive work that Mike and his two interns did at my home; I had an emergency issue on a Sunday morning, and they arrived promptly to take care of that, then returned on Wednesday to do badly needed upgrades to all the plumbing. They were great at communicating when they would arrive, how long the work would take, how much it would cost, and everyone was very friendly and polite. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone! Cannot recommend highly enough; Joshua (out of West Haven) was a lifesaver. We had flooding in our basement from a clogged main water line, two days after moving into a new home. In a panic, we called Roto Rooter; Joshua showed up 30 minutes later, cleared the line, explained the issue, and how to prevent it from happening again. Also, much more affordable than the other emergency quote we got. He was polite, friendly, and highly professional. Provided much-needed relief and peace of mind, thank you!

My technician was amazing. Completed the job in 15 minutes. $550 for labor on a $40 part, roto rooter should be ashamed.
