Jordan was very helpful installing our dishwasher
Tristan, our tech was able to come out and resolve the hot water issue in a matter of minutes. He had a wonderful disposition and very helpful explanation what needs to be done.
Tony did a fantastic job, he was through and efficient.
They were quick to come out to fix our plumbing issue which was great- but the water mitigation team is HORRIBLE. They are pushy beyond belief and when I needed documentation for my insurance company they refused to give it to me “if I didn’t let them do all of the work needed”. Documentation I am ENTITLED to and paid for after I paid them $2100.
