Our shower drain was draining very slow. I called Roto Rooter came out for a free estimate and charged me approximately $265. He was here about an hour and the distance from the drain to the toilet was about 6 feet. He left and it worked for a while. About a month and a half later I called and said it was not draining anymore to which they said we only guarantee it for 30 days. I asked is there nothing you can do to come back out they said no. They came out and were very professional. He listened to our concern and what happen and then he got to work. He did what he could, gave us a recommendation for another company to come in to find the actual problem so Roto Rooter didn't do things to waste all of our time and then came back once the other company found the problem!! Very good and the work they do is wonderful.

Jon is one of the best plumbers in the area. Very friendly, professional and kind. He was very patient educating me. He knows his trade extremely well. Deserves a raise😀👍🏾 (his office support crew is also very nice). Thanks also for the military discount— it would help me afford an access panel. He came as promptly as it was possible.
