They arrived quickly. They did a great job minimizing the mess and effectively solving the problem.
We had a good experience with Rooter Rooter. They came out to clear the backed up line last night, but it had somewhat cleared on its own. They recommended using a camera the following day. This morning someone came out with a camera and confirmed there were many roots blocking the line. He recommended having either a water pressure treatment or clearing it with something that will grind the roots. We opted to grind them.
