We called Roto-Rooter to install our stove and convert to propane and to install a dishwasher. They said no problem and then the guy came out and said he had no idea how to change from gas to propane and I asked why they sent them out. He said he had no clue why. I called Roto router, but it’s just an 800 number and The people sending the plumbers out have no clue what they can and cannot do doesn’t make much sense why they would send someone out at $125 service fee and still charged us $350 to install the dishwasher.
Joseph was prompt in arriving, he detailed what his diagnosis was and plan to remedy our blockage. Joseph went about the repair, fixed the problem, cleaned his work area and explained warranty of work. Overall a great experience.

Daniel is great found. The problem fixed the problem, not like the other company that was scared of dirt . I highly recommend these guys all the time. These guys will be my plumber for now on. This is the second time these guys came out. no more shopping around I will call these guys out for now on, these guys are cool and one day I will most likely have a drink with them
