Great experience! I needed a pressure regulator added to my main water line coming into my house. Pressure coming into house was 90 psi. I called around and got multiple prices to have this work done. I got a range from $550 to $1,300. Well guess who I called to come do the work? You nailed it! The $550.00 guy. called them on an emergency for an elderly lady just to get the water shut off. they came out, shut it off, charged $80, and set up next-day service. then they quoted $785 for a leak detection. i explained it was most likely just a toilet flapper. the tech then said in that case it would still be $485! i asked if he could at least go back and shut off the valve so she’d have water overnight. he said yes, but never showed. this left an elderly woman in the home with no running water. the next day i only got a text: “my bad, c... read more
