I called Roto Rooter to fix my toilet issue. Chris did a really great job and just as a precaution I had him look at my other toilet. It turned out that both toilets had broken parts and he replaced the parts in an hour for both toilets. Not great timing but great service.

The roto rooter person arrived, very personable, problem solved the process, he followed through multiple steps; attacking the drain itself, when that didn't work, went through the toilet access, when that didn't work, he called a supervisor who arrived later with a camera, after 4 hours of dedication, they cleared the obstruction, focused on my job until 9 p.m. or 10 p.m. in the evening when the agent first arrived at my home at 4:00 p.m., serious great service! I look for different estimates to fix my sewer problem and were between 1300 and 1650 dlls to fix it buttttttt Roto -Rooter did a GREAT JOB for $345.00 total so end up paying $1000.00 less. Great job

Chris the plumber was so kind answering all of my questions, he explained everything so I understood why this and that happened. While he was replacing pipes he also found a small gas leak on a valve that was not up to code and replaced that as well. Tim was here with a camera to look for the problem and took extra time to show me what he found. He explained where the issues stemmed from and also how to avoid future problems.
