We had a pinhole leak in our copper pipe. The first group I contacted through Angi promised to come between 4 -6 pm. So we waited a whole day with no water and then they cancelled. Roto-Rootet sent Chris, who fixed it before 6 pm and I called around 4 after Angi's plumber cancelled. He did a great job. Thanks for fixing our emergency!

The Roto-Rooter guys were able to come within a few hours of placing a call to them. All of the staff were courteous and made my wife and kids feel comfortable having them in the house as they did their work. The solution was not what anyone thought it would be, but they continued to work until they figured it out. They were knowledgeable about working with our insurance and gave us their direct numbers for if our insurance company have any questions. It wasn’t a quick fix, but it should be a long term solution to our issue.
