We got our garbage disposal replaced. They gave us a two-hour window on a Saturday afternoon (instead of all day window) and were there on time. The plumber was friendly and polite. And it was half the cost that we were quoted by a larger company.

If I could give a zero star I would. Roto-Rooter tried to scam me. Beware and PSA to those that venture down this path. I called for a routine maintenance sewer cleaning, and they sent out an individual to clean it. After only partially cleaning out the sewer, the second individual came and scoped it. They claimed my pipe was broken, and they couldn’t continue cleaning out the pipe. They told me I needed to excavate, it was going to cost thousands of dollars and not to run my water in the house until this was done. Thankfull... read more

Zeb is awesome went above and beyond clearing out my drain. Super nice and made sure I was happy and taking care of. And doesn’t hurt that he is damn cute while fixing it

We work up to a sanitary sewer backup in our utility room on Sunday of Labor day weekend. A Rooter Rooter plumber was out and working to clear the drain, a tree root, within 45 minutes. Shortly there after another person came and checked to identify if water had seeped into the walls. Both persons were informative and most helpful.
