I am very disappointed with my experience with Roto-Rooter. My tenant called them because there was dirty water backing up in the basement of my apartment building. Their technician came and snaked the pipe, telling us there was a lot of mud and tree roots in the line. He said another technician would need to come with a camera inspection to further check the problem.
