Emergency services was prompt. Tech arrived within an hour and was professional. Checked out our clogged drain issue. Gave me a price which I thought was fair if they could clear the drain of $480. He ran his machine at the trap toward the road then attempted from the trap to the house. He was able to clear from the trap to the road but not from trap to the house.
