We just moved into a new home and of course the toilet backed up on our fourth day, but Roto-Rooter was the only plumbing company who could come out with the same day service! They gave us some valuable information and took care of the problem within five or 10 minutes! I will definitely add them to my contacts and use them again in the future, as well as recommending them to my neighbors and friends!

Great service!! Zachary came to my house within an hour. He clearly explained everything he needed to do to inspect what was going on and made sure I was comfortable with pricing and the entire process. He took care of everything in less than 2 hours and didn’t leave any mess after. He explained how I can prevent this in the future as well. Highly recommend!

Zack from Roto-Rooter was great to work with. Despite the snowstorm, he showed up, diagnosed the issue quickly, and fixed it with no hassle. Super friendly and easy to deal with. My puppy even followed him around the whole time, which says a lot. Would definitely recommend.
