I paid $ 470.00just for labor and the parts where in warranty this was back in July 2024 for my gas water heater to be fixed. Two years pass by it still doing same thing pilot light go out Andrew did not fix my water heater and then came back to do another diagnostic and said it was going to be $450.00 Andrew don’t no nothing about water heater roto rooter charge to much for labor and diagnostic will never use them agin
