Doug was awesome and made the fix very understandable and easy!
My experience with the Roto Router team on-site was very good. They were professional and knowledgeable. However, the company charges high rates for their service. In comparing with a similar job done by another company for me, Roto’s charges were twice as much. I had no choice this time due the emergency, but I won’t be using them again.

I had a nice service person who got my drains unclogged. They were expensive - almost $500 to unclog the drain and then run a light inside to see if there were any cracks. I was a little uncomfortable that the number I called connected me to a person in Chicago (I’m in Alabama). The serviceman came from a city about an hour and a half away. This all happened on the weekend, so as soon as Monday got here, I called the plumber I normally use. They will be checking the crack in the pipe and giving me another estimate.
Nic, was professional, friendly, courteuos and did an outstanding job installing our new toilet!!!
