We are pleased with the job that was done for us. It was very well done and they left it clean.
Knowledgeable technicians and efficient in their repair work. Damion and the original service tech Adam were very kind and courteous and educated me in the whole process of what went wrong and what the solution would intel. The excavation crew were proficient as well.
Julian did a great job. Professional and courteous. Kept me fully informed. Damien, came out to inspect the line was also great. All that said, Roto Rooter has a real opportunity for improvement in their dispatch process. I was given a two hour window, beginning at the time I called. Dispatch did keep me informed during the next SIX HOURS until they arrived. I realize that it’s difficult to be precise, but four hours after the end of a two hour window reflects a process that has an opportunity to improve.
