They were amazing. Came out on a Sunday and did not break the bank with fees. They were honest upfront and didn’t have hidden fees! Will use them in the future for every plumbing need hands down. Danny G was my tech and treated me with honesty and respect explained and showed me everything never once made me uncomfortable or guessing what was going on! I could be more pleased with him. I want him to be my tech every time!
*EDIT* We got a call from management today, named Bill, and he apologized for the behavior of Patricio and we ended in a solution to the problem. We appreciate them reaching out and solving this problem and miscommunication on many levels. Ed (5256) the technician was a godsend. I had been without water for a day and due to issues with the scheduling department got pushed back. Ed prioritized getting me up and running and was extremely thorough. We went through the whole system to make sure I was in a good place. Very skilled and very personable, he turned a negative experience into making our day. Can not recommend Ed enough.
