Setup the appointment online. Missed the first appointment. Called and rescheduled for 8-10 am today. No call no show. I call and get the runaround. It’s 5pm and they are still on the way.
We have used Roto-Rooter several times and have never had any complaints, there are the best and very knowledgeable in the plumbing field. Always had super friendly and courteous service but this time we had Dariel and he was top of the line and went over and beyond to fix our water leak issue. He is the best we've ever had and if we ever have anymore issues we will love to have him be the one coming out. Thank u so much for the wonderful experience!
