My experience with Roto-Rooter was really great, and took a lot of stress away from a stressful experience. My water heater broke on a Sunday and I had spent half of the day trying to call different plumbers to come out and look at it, and the only one who said yes was Roto-Rooter. Called last night and rotorooter set me up with a technician named Rodolfo (#0853). I am very pleased with the service provided. My shower had low water pressure and he fixed it quickly by switching out the valve. The job looks very clean. Thanks!

I had Mike come in to handle several repairs at my store, and he did an excellent job. Everything was completed perfectly and with great attention to detail. Mike consistently communicated with both me and my team throughout the process, keeping us informed and up to date every step of the way. Mike was a great plumber who really saved my behind here. Came right away and assisted big time in installing a new flange on our cast iron pipe, especially since we had not much subfloor which made it all the trickier. A total lifesaver and did a great job here; would definitely hire again for any plumbing issues I'll probably run into.
