Alberto is exactly who you want to be servicing your house for plumbing needs. We needed him to come in for emergency services and I could not believe how quickly and delicately he handled our leak. He even went out to the water meter to make sure that everything looks good before he left. He swept up after himself and made sure to leave it even cleaner than he found it. The following day he texted me to check in on how we were doing, and I am so grateful to have him as our go to plumber. Photo of our leak!
I do not recommend Roto-Rooter flood mitigation services. Our house flooded when our toilet tank cracked. We called Roto Rooter and the plumber Larry came out and told us to go get a toilet and he would install it for us the next day. He put in a lead for flood mitigation services and Geri came by. Not only did he lie about the level of contamination the government water damage was, but he blew us off the next day after saying his team would be by the next morning to start drying our home.
