Root rooter gets the job done! They were courteous, professional and most importantly, available when needed. Our representative, Miguel Campos was fantastic from start to finish. Would recommend them again for sure!

While the damage was extensive, Miguel was kind and thoughtful while guiding me through the process and options and timelines. It was really helpful for what I was going through. Very thankful to their quick same-afternoon response. Highly recommend.
After scolding me for my water heater leaking (which felt great), they told me it would be $2700+ and $3500+ for a new water heater and new water softener, respectively. I almost laughed. I found a local, trusted plumber who is replacing my entire setup for $1500. Get second opinions!! Always!
Floor drain backed up at 9pm Friday. Could not use A/C and water heater was risky. They sent out a guy at 10pm. He unclogged the drain in 30 minutes. Great, clean, professional guy that explained what he was doing and why. Left the working and clean. Would definitely use them again.
