Had a main line overflow into my basement, called Roto Rooter at 9pm and Rafael was here by 10pm to review the issue and schedule a tech. I had also called 3 other plumbing companies claiming to be 24/7 and 2 never called back and one couldn’t get out until tomorrow afternoon. Rafael also assisted with contacting my insurance and getting a claim started as the utilities, carpet and drywall were impacted. From there James came out and opened up the line.
