Very help and great over all experience. Had an easy time scheduling an appointment for a date and time that I needed, and had consistently updated of when to expect the tech. He showed up on time and will be scheduling future services with them again.

Roto Rooter came out and snaked my drain. 36 hours later it clogged again. They came back out and quoted me $3400 to hydro jet the line. I declined and found another company to do the same exact hydro jet for $550. The technicians are paid on commission and will upsell so beware. Gave 1 star because I had to in order to review.

Update: strange they reply to good reviews but do nothing for the bad. Scam company! Destroyed my lawn by driving over it, has yet to fix. They ghosted all calls and emails. This is an independent franchise and the owners DO NOT CARE. Corporate says their hands are tied since it's independently owned.

We were having a lot of issues with the old plumbing lines in our home, we thought we may have had an interior leak. Kevin Fish spent an entire day with us assessing the whole property for leaks and was able to narrow it down for us and confirm we had no water damage to worry about. We did have a few faulty angle stops and he swiftly replaced those with no fuss. Really thorough work, and constant communication made us feel at ease. Would highly recommend Kevin and Roto Rooter for any future plumbing issues!

We had a very difficult plumbing situation regarding old lines and a phantom leak and Kevin Fish spent the whole day with us making sure there was no interior water damage, accessed the leak and swiftly replaced the faulty angle stops. Great service and a stand up professional, highly recommend for any plumbing issues.
