Had a slow washing machine drain and made a service appointment. They charge $39 just to dispatch a tech. I repeatedly tried to get them to at least give me a best case estimate but they refused. I just needed a simple snake of the drain and the tech told me the lowest rate just to snake it would be $400.00. I told him to leave and I found another guy. His rate was $65.00. If you want to pay exorbitant prices for plumbing services you should call Roto-Rooter. They’ll be happy to rip you off.

Emmanuel was great. Very knowledgeable and helped me figure out a couple decisions easily and quickly. I was feeling quite nervous about the appointment but he gave me the facts of the situation and got it done. Easily found location of lines I'd given up on locating, gave me info on next steps I can take with the county and city.

They just pull pricing out of the air and quote based on how tired they are and if they want to do the job or not. The guy who just showed up at my house Fernando Garcia told me it was late and he felt the 8 inches of pipe repair that I needed that is above ground and outside of the house with easy access was a hard job for him so he quoted me $2500. Very help and great over all experience. Had an easy time scheduling an appointment for a date and time that I needed, and had consistently updated of when to expect the tech. He showed up on time and will be scheduling future services with them again.

Roto Rooter came out and snaked my drain. 36 hours later it clogged again. They came back out and quoted me $3400 to hydro jet the line. I declined and found another company to do the same exact hydro jet for $550. The technicians are paid on commission and will upsell so beware. Gave 1 star because I had to in order to review.
