Very disappointed. The technician couldn’t even locate the actual leak. They insisted the problem was a bad valve and recommended replacing it, but the real issue turned out to be a leak in the pipe that leads to the room next to the bathroom,it’s completely unrelated to the valve. This cost me extra time and money for nothing

Great service from Roto-Rooter. I experienced issues with my kitchen faucet and attempted to fix the issue myself and only made the issue worse. I called several companies and was either stuck on hold indefinitely or was told the soonest appointment would be after-hours the next evening. I finally called Roto-Rooter at 8:35pm. Roto-Rooter techs got out within 4 hours of my inquiry! Ryan and Cyrus were kind and helpful, answering my questions about how the clog occured and what can be done to prevent these issues in the future

Thank you! You guys showed up the very day that I called. Other companies I called were going to schedule me out at least 3 days to a couple weeks out. We will use this company whenever we need this kind of work done again. Aaron "Cappy" was our technician. He did such a great job. He worked quickly, he was very kind, genuine and totally transparent about every single thing he did.
