Just had a couple of techs out last week for a clogged sewer line. I was told they were unable to auger it because of a blockage and they would have to hydro jet it. Then was told there was a broken pipe. I just got a second opinion today from another company and was told that there was no need for the hydro jet if the auger was done correctly. Even with the hydro jet, it still wasn’t cleaned out the way it should have been. Then was not given the warranty for the hydro cleaning because of the broken pipe. There is no broken... read more
