Technician snaked full length then stated he didn't have enough to reach the plug. Moved to other end of the house and was able to reach the plug. Had to pay $250 on top of $500 for the move. Call a local plumber.
Your service technician, Kelly Malavasic, was here for a stopped up shower drain. He did an excellent job and was very personable, so our whole experience with Roto-Rooter was wonderful.
I can't believe what they charged for a sewer line cleanout $444 !!!!! I even pulled the toilet myself and only took a few minutes to do the job. I used a shop vac to empty all the water from the toilet then the tec dumped it back in the sewer line causing more water to pour down on my girlfriend in the basement when she was cleaning up the original backup. Not sure what the going price is now last time was only$130
