Technician arrived within time estimated. We examined the affected drain and the technician suggested we try vacuuming the drain first to remove possible kitty litter clog. This proved to be the cause and we discussed how to prevent the clog from reoccurring. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and neat.

We had a great experience with Roto Rooter! Mike Burns did a scope of our sewer line and determined that we had a rather substantial belly in a portion of the line that was still the original cast iron. He was very knowledgeable and guided us on what should be done, when, and how to work with our utilities insurance. He also set everything up for us to get the work done, and even came and inspected once it was completed to be sure everything looked good.
