Great service! Had a toilet backed up and they were able to send someone out within an hour of my request. I must add that my request was after 8pm and I wasn’t charged an additional fee for after hours. Eduardo was extremely helpful, fast and friendly. Would highly recommend!
The only issue we had was the dispatch gave the wrong address to the technician. The technician did a thorough job clearing our drain in an upstairs unit and verifying that the down stairs unit had no issues as well.
