First time using Roto-rooter and service was excellent. My service guy Eduardo did a great job of explaining what could be the situation and was able to take care of the issue and recommend a follow up inspection to find a solution. But for now i am able to use the toilet which is the reason why i called on the first place.

He came out and professionally took care of the job within 2 hours on a Sunday night. Very grateful and highly recommend. He explained how to avoid issues moving forward and how we have a 6 month warranty on the work.
