Even if you have your own private plumber we all may have rare occasions where they arent available. This company & Eduardo was a real godsend tonight Sunday with a toilet stoppage. Eduardo took care of it quickly & even gave us recommendations for future maintenance. My neighbor even came to my door afterward wanting to know who this efficient guy was. Ever grateful for the quick response
Eduardo showed up within an hour of my calling, asking for help with a backed-up sewer line. He assessed the problem and set about setting up his monster snake to clean out the line. The first attempt didn't work, so he moved closer to the street. Here he was able to quickly clear the problem. He also recommended that we have the line video inspected to ensure there are no other issues hiding in there. We have that scheduled for the day after tomorrow.
Pricing was Excessively High for Removing J Trap under Kitchen Sink. When Contacting a Manager, he was not Interested in My future Business. I am one Not to leave Poor Reviews...
Noah and Chris were amazing! We had an issue with our water heater and they spent the whole day making sure everything was fixed and that we were set with any and all information we would need in the future. Great service!
