Predatory company! The company does charge for the trip to your home to provide a free estimate, despite what the website states. A technician came to our home, checked the area to provide a free estimate. When we declined the job, David proceeded to charge us $150 + tax for coming out. He was presented with a check after asking my grandmother for cash multiple times. If you believe, that calling in a “professional” assessment means, that a “someone,” will wander around your house and point at things and say “oh yah, that just needs to be replaced… I can go to Home Depot right now…” Then… absolutely call these folks… Oh, I left out the $260+ consultation/ “point it out” fee!!

Highly overpriced. The bathtub wouldn't drain. I was initially quoted $650 to snake the drain. That plumber then sent someone else out to complete the job. Turns out a drum trap needed to cut out and replaced with a P trap which was $1220. Then I was quoted an additional $750 to refit the tub overflow. I will not use this company again.

Had a great experience. Plumber was experienced and professional. He did a great job and it was speedy. Would recommend to anyone. Me and the family love our new toilet.
