Excellent experience, I made a call to Roto Rooter and they had a tech come out within a couple hours both techs were respectful, polite and friendly I will definitely recommend them to anyone!!!!! Thanks you guys save the day!!!!

Very concerning experience. Documents were submitted with my name listed as the person authorizing services even though I never signed anything and the home and insurance policy are not in my name. I’m currently requesting corrections and documentation. The estimate also appears extremely inflated and was submitted to insurance without transparency. Homeowners should be very cautious about sharing insurance information without seeing clear documentation first.
