With my help, too much from me, and several gaffs, issue was diagnosed n solved. Tech very pleasant but I had low confidence. Lack of pricing transparency until tech arrives and you’re standing around your leak is great to pressure customer into paying whatever it costs, but would prefer to know basic price points in advance so shopping for best rate is possible.
WORST POSSIBLE CHOICE I COULD HAVE MADE WAS CALLING ROTO ROOTER, THE DETAILS ARE JUST TOO STUPID TO POST!!!!
Roto Router came out on the early side of our service window. While the clog was not fixed during the first visit, it was during the second visit. The second visit was free of charge (3 days later) and an additional manager came out to scope our line with a camera to make sure there were no further issues. Good recommendations were also made by our initial serviceman.
Excellent job rigorously cleared our drain clog
