Came out right away and solved the problem! Alexander was extremely helpful & professional. Hopefully, I won’t need his services too often, but would not hesitate should the need arises.
We had a water back up in our basement. I called Roto Rooter at around 4pm and the technician Alex was at my house by 7pm. Alex came well prepared and was very knowledgeable. Really knew what he was talking about and was able to explain it very clearly to me and my wife. Alex assessed the water backing up, identified the clog, and cleared it within an hour, as well as giving advice to help prevent it from happening in the future.
