Worse experience ever. I've been a client for years now.. but this last time, the first technician that came gave me a discount because he came exteremely late. When the second technician came with the replacement item, they told me the office "lost" the first paper so no discount was added and I WAS CHARGED 800 USD for a SIMPLE FAUCET CHANGE that took 30 minutes. I will NEVER recommend this company. Stay away.
Responded within an hour on a Saturday night in a moment of plumbing crisis right before a party with 70 guests. Crisis averted!
