Honestly, Roto Rooter is a company that’s best described as a bunch of thieves and after experiencing their BS service I fully agree with that! I was willing to let it go, but since they keep sending me a review request I simply want to share the following - My wife and I own a house in Miami that we rent to a family with 2 young children. The waste line became clogged over a recent weekend & Roto Rooter was the only plumbing service reachable. Sergio was very professional, honest and efficient… came in, finished the job quick with full transparency, and left the two bathrooms he fixed in perfect condition… highly recommended!
