I scheduled appointment online and was given a same day appointment between 6-8pm. Great! I planned around that time, had the dog out of the house. 6:25 I get a call saying they have to reschedule due to issue with their truck. I ask for discount and they decline saying they don’t do that, but I’ll be first priority appointment in the morning. Scheduled time 930-1130. Great! Our rep Michael stopped by and was able to promptly replace our main water valve. They were having a bit of a delay from when I asked to be seen but the call rep kept me informed as well, and the fact that I asked for something same day I was impressed they could come out at all.
