The first Roto-Rooter plumber was very personable & said my garbage disposal was all fixed. However, when I tried using it for the first time a few days later, it had the same problem (humming noise). Since the work had a 6-month warranty, I called to get someone else to come out. I then got a call from the first guy--apparently they assigned the same person to the job. He told me the work wasn't covered by the warranty, that it only applied to new products.
