When I called I told the operator that it wasn't an emergency, but I would like to have it taken care of as soon as possible. Tyler was here the next day, and had the back-up in my basement fixed in about an hour, so I can do laundry again. He was very polite and professional.

Russel (2072) provided outstanding service. From his initial estimate, we knew we wanted to use him to complete the actual installation of the new water heater. He paid attention to detail and his exceptional level of experience showed in the end result. Very polite and helpful. Fixed a shower that was broken. Had to go to store to pick up parts. Worked hard as had to go through wall to get to water pipes.

Had a main sewer back up on 4/19/19 and sewage was coming up into my basement. I called other companies and they all had appointments days out. I called RotoRooter and they said they would have someone out within the hour.Sure enought David S #2330 was out in 45 minutes from my call. Even though it was pouring rain and the situation was dirty David had a good attitude and kept very professional until the drain was flowing.

Was having drain issues and when I called was told they would be out in 2 hours. Within an hour they were here and had it fixed within and hour. Rick was very professional and didn't push to sell something I didn't need.

Having drain issues and was told someone would be here within 2 hours. They came out within an hour and had the whole process done within an hour with a 6 month guarantee and a free camera scoping of the lines when finished. No pushing to do anything extra and very professional.

Tyler was excellent, efficient and knowledgable in his job, .... also friendly both times he came out 2-19 and 2-23 for 2 different sinks in the master bath.
