Had a sewer back up issue and called roto rooter. I should have called around first. First person out was very helpful and official looking. Great attitude and pleasant to speak with. Was not able to solve my issue that night and called a supervisor to come out and get to the bottom of things. From there on, it was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
