Akron Roto-Rooter was at my house within an hour of my placing a call for service. The technician, Matt, was knowledgeable and courteous. He carefully explained my options, costs and results. He cleaned the area thoroughly when he was finished. I highly recommend Akron Roto-Rooter as well as this technician. I rate this five stars.
Update after filing a property damage claim against the owners insurance I received payment for the cost of a new septic tank and landscaping. I'm sure glad I took pictures. If you hire them video record them the whole time! If the owner would have just owned the mistake and did the right thing to get this fixed, I would have left a decent review.
