Came to the house in very cold weather. Terry (4134) was very kind and professional. He explained everything that he did, and cleaned up the area. He was so nice. Arrived right when expected. Will definitely recommend to friends.

I needed a plumber like yesterday and they came out immediately. I had to have a hot water heater connected to the hot and cold water lines. They were able to make the connections within an hour. I would highly recommend them when you find yourself in an emergency situation. My technicians, #2623 were Justin S and Jim M. We woke up to water on the floor in the basement today and toilets that would not flush. We called Roto-Rooter at 6:45am, and Jimmy arrived later in the morning. A couple of power rods later, the water drained from the floor and everything flushed. The scheduler called when the truck was on its way, and Jimmy worked quickly and cleanly. Thanks, Roto-Rooter, for a job nicely done.

Late in the afternoon on a Sunday, my attempt to fix the clog in my shower turned very ugly. Knowing I needed an immediate repair, I turned to Roto-Rooter for help. I was surprised that I could get an appointment that night. The serviceman showed up within the expected time frame, and cleared the clog. Good job, Mr. Easton! I really appreciate your being available to help me. I will definitely call again should I have more plumbing problems.
