I needed a plumber like yesterday and they came out immediately. I had to have a hot water heater connected to the hot and cold water lines. They were able to make the connections within an hour. I would highly recommend them when you find yourself in an emergency situation. My technicians, #2623 were Justin S and Jim M. dextra was extremely professional and took his time to explain what was needed and fixed the problem. he stay a little extra to follow up that the water got as hot as I wanted it. Thanks

We woke up to water on the floor in the basement today and toilets that would not flush. We called Roto-Rooter at 6:45am, and Jimmy arrived later in the morning. A couple of power rods later, the water drained from the floor and everything flushed. The scheduler called when the truck was on its way, and Jimmy worked quickly and cleanly. Thanks, Roto-Rooter, for a job nicely done.

Late in the afternoon on a Sunday, my attempt to fix the clog in my shower turned very ugly. Knowing I needed an immediate repair, I turned to Roto-Rooter for help. I was surprised that I could get an appointment that night. The serviceman showed up within the expected time frame, and cleared the clog. Good job, Mr. Easton! I really appreciate your being available to help me. I will definitely call again should I have more plumbing problems.

Roto-Rooter did a great job identifying my problem and getting the job done with the highest level of professionalism. Kelly was informative and provided me with all the options available. I've used other "plumbers" before but always come back to Roto-Rooter for a complete one stop shop. Call Roto-Rooter for your needs and you will not be disappointed. I've used them for a number of years now and am always impressed with the responsiveness and work.
