I discovered water on the floor of my bathroom. Called Roto-Rooter, after hours service was quick to pick up and very nice. We were given a two hour window which at the time was between 9:30-11:30 pm; plumber arrived around 30 minutes later. Diagnosed the issue, knew exactly where and how to address the issue. 35 minutes later he was done. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you!!

Yovany did a great job. Quick, honest, fixed our leak in under an hour. Took less than 50 minutes from when we hung up the phone to when they showed up. 10/10

My service provider Manuel did an excellent job. He was very patient, he explained everything and when he left I felt confident that the problem was resolved. If I had to use the service again I would definitely prefer to have him back.
