Very professional but the cost of unclogging a clogged bathtub was a bit high! That was a reason I didn’t feel to give a 5 star!!
Love Roto-Rooter! The plumber came within the hour. Took care of my sewer problem efficiently! Very nice customer service.
My job was misdiagnosed. Technician said that the leaking in my dishwasher (which in turn leaked into my basement) was caused by blockage in the line under my kitchen sink. He said that snaking would solve the problem. After approximately 1 hour after the tech left , the leaking returned. A different technician from Roto Rooter came , offered theories (suggesting the kitchen cabinets should be removed to find the leak etc.) At this point, a day or so later ( with the leaking still ongoing) , a plumber from a different compan... read more
