Horrible experience! Abraham came and did nothing. He seemed very inexperienced. He told me parts that may need to be replaced but could not tell which part was bad. Then he said he will diagnose the problem and charge me $435. No work done. I then called a plumber and it was fixed in an hour for$370. Abraham said the parts would be $1500 and another $500 for labor. So roti rooter estimate was $2000 and I got it fixed for $370. Same parts. My wife noticed slow drainage in our kitchen sink at 8:30 PM on a cold dark Friday night. She looked in the basement and saw some spillage indicating a blockage in our main drainage line. Called Roto Rooter who sent a tech over by 9:30, problem solved by 10:00PM. Amazing!
I had water leaking through the walls. Alex came in located the source, opened the wall without leaving too much mess and fixed the repair all within the hour. I’ve never seen someone so quick, efficient & knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and gave solutions for it not to happen again. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
Comes to my house to do work and when asked a few questions by me, the "plumber" was dismissive and rude to me. Spoke around me and only to my spouse and ignored me and then charged 4 times as much as a real plumber would've charged. Most people know to avoid these people and call a real plumber but unfortunately I didn't call them and only had to deal with them.
Very pleased with our experience today with Roto-Rooter. We woke up to drains backed up and needed assistance ASAP. Multiple competitors were charging $150-$225 to come out on a Saturday and could come in the evening. I understand the upcharge and that they had other calls to service.
