This review is for Long Island NY location. I improved my review because they called me several times to try to understand the issue and try to explain the process. I strongly suggest: just read the 1-3 star reviewers, especially from other sites, like Yelp before hiring someone in Long Island location. I cannot say for other locations. I have the same experience as 1 star reviewers, they just come up numbers adding up in each step and in the end, I have to pay ~$1100 for unclogging a toilet.
