They are over priced but thats to be expected when dealing with a big company that cares more about money than the customer..they were at my house 3 times for the same problem..which the owner then came out to tell me i needed to spend another 850 to fix the problem..the employees were good at their job and professional just over priced company..i went with a local plumber for half the price and i do not regret it!
Was able to get quick service. Matt did a great job installing my shower head and replacing my kitchen facet. Friendly, cleaned up after himself when he was done. This is the second time I have utilized Roto-Rooter for plumbing needs and am pleased with the service I received!
After a long, hectic of work, the last thing you want is a clogged drain and water in the basement. We called Roto-Rooter in within 20 minutes Matt arrived. He knew where to look for the issues and the problem was solved, drain unplugged and we we're good to go. Also, the dispatcher was super friendly and responsive.
