We called RR to repair a simple clog. The technician was in our home for 6 hours, calling his colleagues to ask questions on how to fix it. In the end it costed way more than I was prepared to pay, nearly the cost of two new toilets. Within days, sewage was bubbling up in our bathroom and when we called a new plumber he explained the the clog was never properly dealt with and the technician did a terrible job.
