I came home from work to find my kitchen drain was badly clogged. I contacted Roto-Rooter. The dispatcher had their Service Technician call me. In less than a 1/2 hour, I received a call from Scott saying that he was on his way. The clog was very severe and went 50 feet from the sink. We had a main-line leak in a very gnarly location behind our water heater. The repairman spent a great deal of effort just getting to the problem area. I am happy to report the repair job was a success! We have had no further issues and are definitely satisfied with the work completed! Very friendly customer service when I made the appointment. Sent an e-mail acknowledgement of the appointment. I received a phone call as a heads up when the technician was on his way. The technician (Jerry - 803) was also very friendly and helpful.

I had the inconvenience of having three drains back up within the past week. I called Friday and scheduled a plumber for Sunday afternoon. Donovan showed up during his specified window and did not hesitate to jump right in and access my plumbing situation. A few hours later everything was fixed and working perfectly. Roto Rooter was needed to fix a drain problem. They were able to come at a convenient time. The technician was on time, polite, and so very helpful! He solved our problem and helped me to troubleshoot and find solutions for our unique drain situation. I am so thankful for their efficient service.

Roto-Rooter came highly recommended by a neighbor and was the first place I called when my kitchen sink was backing up with water. The technician, Dwight (#1476) was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough in treating the problem. He was very helpful in explaining the problem and in giving advice on how to keep the drain clear from further problems. I would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter again and would ask for the same technician.
