I was so pleased with the service, the technician and the outcome. They answered right away and were at my house within an hour. They came from Lexington or Nicholasville. Getting home from vacation after a week I found standing water in my garage basement. He explained it all, my sewer had backed up and flooded a portion of the garage. I won’t give details but it was really bad. He cleared the lines and off he went. I will add that I didn't got a call for the cleanup team to come, I had to call or I would given 5 stars.
Dylan came out the next day and was amazing. Her gave me recommendations and his thoughts. He listened to my issues and fixed them. I would recommend him and Roto to anyone. I will ask for him on the next call
Highly recommend Cody quick and very informative took care of our issue in no time
