I had a blocked line leading to the sewer system, and my basement was flooded. Called Roto Rooter and they sent someone immediately. The service tech was polite, professional and efficient. He did his work quickly and cleaned up. He also gave me tips on keeping the drain running freely. Great company!

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE: I received a prompt answer on the call on scheduling my appointment. The service was great with " Melvin " and he made the whole process easy. Maintenance service and replacement part on bathroom toilet was done in a timely manner and was done in a thorough and professional manner. Called Roto-Rooter today to correct clogged septic pipe that was still not draining after having septic tank pumped last week. The firm who pumped the tank did not do quality work. Roto-rooter service was professional and cordial from the appointment scheduling through the delivery of the service. Melvin was thorough and explained each part of the process and possible later future improvements. He cheerfully went about this dirty job with a sense of humor even late on a Friday afternoon. Toilets now flush! Yay!

I was taught that first appearances mean a lot. When the plumbers from Greensboro arrived at my home. They were very friendly and eager to try out the problems we were having. They explained what was causing our problems and the best way to fix it. All of my questions were answered. We were very pleased with the work performed and the cost. We've used Roto-Rooter twice in the past year with great results. In the last issue, Melvin did not start the project until 3pm and was willing to stay until the job was finished which was estimated to be 4-5 hrs. He wrapped it up in 4 hrs. and everything is working great. I will definitely call them for the next project.

We have use Roto-Rooter in Greensboro twice this year. Once for a drain cleaning (Randy), and most recently for a plumber issue (Melvin). Customer service is EXCELLENT from the dispatcher to the technicians. Both technicians were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and showed great attention to clean-up as well. They were patient and reassuring in explaining the problems and the fixes to us. They were dispatched promptly and prices are reasonable. We will continue to use their services and recommend to friends/family.

Roto-Rooter is professional and has great customer service! – Special thanks to Russell Atkins in Greensboro! He was professional yet very friendly. Not only did he fix my sink but he gave me a lot of helpful tips to prevent me from having that problem again. He was in and out of here in 20 minutes and that included cleanup. I hope I never have another drain issue, but if I do, I'm going to call Roto-Rooter and ask for Russell.
