Today we called Roto Rooter because our sewer line had become clogged. We always call Roto Rooter and have generally had solid, positive experiences, but the technician we got today (Jesus Rosario) was over-the-top great. He had a terrific positive manner, got right to work diagnosing the problem, and solved it. But he wasn't content to just get the toilets flushing again, he was determined to clean out the line all the way to the manhole in the street, so we wouldn't have root problems again for a long, long time. Jay was prompt, professional and friendly. He was able to clear our main of a huge rootball and showed us what the problem was. This will be a regular maintenance issue and I will definitely definitely contact Jay again.

Bernie was prompt, arriving at the time promised. Very professional, knowledgeable and effective. We had a backed-up kitchen drain and he identified what and where the problem was and got right to work on it. Completely cleared the drain and had us able to use our sink and dishwasher in less than 1/2 hour. Very happy and would call them again.
