I called Roto Rooter because they give free estimates and other companies charge you to come out for an estimate. I needed a pressure regulator valve replaced. The guy quoted me a price of $1,000 right off the bat. When I told him from what I read, that was double the cost of what it normally costs, he told me that labor was $500. Then he told me the part was $150 and that they typically quote on the higher side. I hosted a Thanksgiving party and had plumbing problems, called several businesses to assist but only RotoRooter was available to assist, They arrived before their scheduled time, unclogged my drain in a professional and timely manner, I was able to keep my family happy and comfortable, in light of the situation, Thanks alot Tim Bremer, #2455, saved my weekend and the Holiday

Solid service. Solved the immediate problem and provided options and recommendations for moving forward. Garrick (#335) was the tech that completed the work. He was friendly, professional and seemed to know his business. I gave four stars for promptness because he arrived towards the end of the four hour window the initial call taker said he would arrive in. No problems with his work though. He triple checked the work he did to make sure it was done properly.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Curtis -653 for my leaking toilet. Rotorooter gave me a 4 hour window for his arrival, and he was at my house within the first two. I explained the issue, showed him the evidence I'd seen of the problem, and he explained the possible options, and gave me rough estimates of the cost of each option prior to even bringing his tools inside to ensure there wouldn't be a surprise in the bill at the end. When one places a service call on Saturday, you never know what to expect. R’Cittio (447) was wonderful...not only did he take care of my issue, he was very pleasant and listened to what I had to say about what was going on. He was very courteous and informed me of what was happening and kept me in the loop of each step he was taking care of.
