Called Roto-Rooter with an urgent plumbing issue. Both Alexis, who scheduled my same day appointment, and Anthony, who came out for the estimate, were a pleasure! Had the pleasure of having Chris out to clear a clogged bathtub drain. Was even considerate enough to use a towel to step on after leaving the bathtub to not dirty my floors. 5 stars for Chris!
