A gentleman by the name of Tyler came and rectified a problem we were having with a toilet. He was also very knowledgeable and thorough in making recommendations for moving forward with adding another bathroom to our home. Thank you for your time service!
The rating is because: 1. Representative quoted me a price but would not explain how he got to that porice. 2.Price quoted for what I wanted ndone was extreme. No one would pay that price. 3. He was not interested in doing the job. 4. We did shake hands though when he left, but I would never pay that extreme of a price for my repair.
Loyal customer for over 9 years. All I wanted was to replace my toilet with a new toilet that I provided to the plumber. 3 hours later and a few trips to the supply store the job was completed.
