Buyer beware! I had a plumbing back up over the weekend- sewer going everywhere! I called roto-rooter and was told there would be a $750 charge because it was off service times. It was Saturday evening but to me a true emergency. I found someone else who did the work with no extra charge. I felt very disappointed - like they were trying to take advantage of my panic.

We had a pinhole leak in the main water line that caused us to hgave to shut the main water line. needed someone both quick and reliable. we were refered to Roto tooter and Ed the plumber. He came,explained the problem and cost; and then fixed it all quickly and correctly. Thanks Roto Rooter and ED!

Our technician Will was amazing!!! This company in general has been great!! we called them out for an estimate on a clog we had (we’ve never had to deal with plumbing issues) and once we were given a quote we called them out the next day to complete the service and within an hr our the technician being there i got a call that he was able to get the clog out and that he was done! they were the cheapest, fastest and had the greatest communication out of 3 companies i had come out. We had a break in our main water line. Scheduling for the fix was quick and easy. The team was very quick to respond and give updates. The techs that worked on the fix were extremely professional and knowledgable. They took care of the problem in a timely manner.
