Completely disappointing. Company was not willing to provide any initial estimate over the phone. The technician showed up and acted very rude. His estimate was completely off the chart and refused to explain it. We got the job done with 1/3 of what he was asking. Do not recommend this vendor to anyone.
My kitchen sink stopped draining Thanksgiving evening, so I submitted an online service ticket to RotoRooter the next morning. They called me within ten minutes and had Carlos to my house less than an hour later. Carlos was wonderful! He spent two hours unclogging our drain, cleaned everything up, and gave us instructions on how to maintain our pipes more effectively. Thank you!
Today I had your company come to change a hot water heater for my school Carlos was amazing and did a wonderful job he was very professional I just wish the office did not take so long to send him out as it was an emergency originally the office wanted us to wait and we would not have any hot water if is was not for Carlos pushing for us to get the hot water heater sooner we would have been without hot water thank you again Carlos.
Saw some roots when installing a new toilet and called Roto-rooter. They sent over Carlos the next day. Carlos found where they were coming from, and applied some treatment to reduce the likelihood of the roots coming back and installed the toilet better than it was before. Highly recommend Carlos.
