Had an outside plumbing issue. The company came out the next morning and found the issue and was able to schedule an appointment the same week for the repair. Service was friendly and the explained the issues in easy to understand terms and made a bad experience more palatable. Thank you RR!

First off, Robert is a nice guy. Prompt, courteous and friendly. So none of this is personal. That said, I'm not at all happy now that I've seen the invoice we paid. My understanding was that the leak in our MBR bathroom was coming from the shutoff valve and that we'd have to pay for a new faucet and P-Trap to fix it. That was a $650 estimate so I figured it we have to replace one, we may as well replace the other. I had an issue with my shower backing up on a Tuesday night, I called late and they answered and had a crew at my house the very next day. They were able to get the pipes flushed out and were very nice explaining the issues that could have caused it.
