Had Roto-Rooter a sewer line cleanout service last November. The sewer line clogged up 48 days later. They came back and did it again but refused their guarantee and charged me again. Less than 8 months later, the sewer line clogged again. In the past decade before last year, it only needed a cleanout service every two years.
I've used Roto Rooter for a ton of plumbing projects over the last few years (which is what happens when you buy an old house). They are always reliable and reasonably priced. Shawn has been to our house twice now for two different projects and has been great. He's done some really good work and made very stressful problems go away.
Our service man was on time, explained the problem, cost and was able to fix the problem. Would recommend him. Great experience.
We have used Roto-Rooter several times over the last couple of years. We bought an old house that needed plumbing repairs. We have also had them install a new hot water heater and install new plumbing for a kitchen remodel. They have always done an excellent job and have provided stellar customer service!
