Overall, I would rate this experience as poor and at this point, I cannot recommend this Roto-Rooter's services to any friends or family members because of one major reason - the completely unreasonable final bill. Recently my wife and I were moving into a new home. While hooking up our washing machine, I noticed a small leak from the washing machine connector valves in the wall. Our septic system blocked up on a Saturday night late and the next morning I called Roto Rooter in Knoxville looking for a plumber. Not only did they send someone out in less than an hour they sent Dennis who was just fabulous. He diagnosed our problem quickly and after giving us an estimate started to work. Dennis not only solved our problem he showed me how to prevent the problem from happening again. Since I knew nothing about septic systems I asked him a million questions. Roto-Rooter Drain Services – We had had recurring problem with our kitchen drain for some time and had tried doing it ourselves but failed to satisfactorily fix it. We then had a weekend plumber to attempt. Still no luck. Finally called Roto-Rooter and got quick professional service (Thanks Jeff) and further helpful advice. Would Recommend Roto-Rooter of Powell Tn. to everyone in the Lenoir City area.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers - 2/15/12 – We had just returned from a short vacation and found that we had a leak in the front yard just past our meter. We contacted the city to come and check it out, but they confirmed that we needed a plumber to repair the problem. We didn't know who to contact, looked in the phone book and chose Roto-Rooter in Knoxville. They advertised 24 hour emergency service and it was well past 5:00 pm.
