Did not finish the job! We had a sewer line clogged and sewage coming up in a basement in an older house in Morgantown. Called on a Sunday am and technician arrived at 11 to snake the line. He called me at 3 pm and said he just left and couldn't get it out and it would require equipment he didn't have, but he would come back Monday am with the bigger equipment. AWESOME SERVICE !!! Roto-Rooter Master Plumber provided awesome professional service repairing the toliet. Along with great service, he did the job quickly and guaranteed the work . How can you ask for more! We will use their many services in the future if needed.
The service person went out of his way to try to find older hardware to install a shower fixture for me. When that didn't work, he drove over icy roads on a Saturday to complete my project. That is service!
We had trouble finding our septic tank. Roto-Rooter came out the next day and found it. They were very professional and friendly. They even gave us some friendly free advice! Terrific!
