Roto-Rooter Plumbing was fantastic! There were several plumbing issues in my house that built up over time and as soon as I called they quickly had someone available to come out the next day. The Specialist, Aaron C. was super knowledgeable and friendly. He was totally transparent about all the options and costs, which we greatly appreciated. Nine days now and still waiting for a plumber. Our warrenty company reached out because our hot water heater is flooding our basement. And it has now been six days and we are still waiting for someone to come out. Every day they're supposed to be here, there's an excuse on why they can't make it. The dispatcher lady is rude as hell and no help at all. Now we currently have no hot water and no plumber....do better. Tried for a service person to come help with a leak I am having. Tge lady told me someone would be here. No one showed up I have water gushing out all over and 8 hours later still no answer from the 24 hour phone line.
Very happy with the service that Joe provided today. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter for your main drain issues.
If I could give them 0 stars I would! Said they “fixed” our clog. Come down days later to water all over my basement, call them back out and now they’re claiming it’s a new issue and want more money to fix it. Funny we had no issues prior to this with anything else, but 2 days later it’s not their problem. SCAM…. They are just trying to get money from you. Not to mention the “initial clog fix” was almost $500 which is insane for what they actually did. Do yourself a favor and use a different company!
