I had a drain that would not drain and Austin stayed until it ran so fast I wanted to cry. We found the issue wasn't the drain but the venting system. Called after hours in need of a fix for our shower and a newly dripping shut off valve. Got ahold of a robot who hung up on my husband the first call and then on the seco d never actually scheduled us something for the next day after telling him we would hear from them in the next 24 hours.
It took a while to get a technician out to my house , but when the technician arrived the next day he was great. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He didn’t leave until he found the problem and solved it. I was completely satisfied!!
Joe Hoose first explained what he would do to clear a drainage tile that ran about 50 ft. along our cottage. He was 75% sure he could accomplish the task. He was successful in clearing the blockage.
