A traumatic event--caused by the failure of 50-year-old plus main pipe. Once the extent of the damage was established by Joe, the process of replacing these pipes began and was done expertly and swiftly. These pipes ran under the basement floor and required cutting through floor, replacing, and recementing. Big job.
Joe was very knowledgeable about plumbing. He has 30 years of experience. He quickly set up his Jet Flush system in 20 minutes and was done cleaning out my sewer line in another hour. He was friendly and easy to speak to about my plumbing problem. He completed the job in a quick and professional manner! I recommend Joe for any plumbing problem you are experiencing!!
