Chris was very kind and knowledgeable. Chris clearly explained the process he had to take to solve our drain issue. Absolute 10/10 in service, kindness, humor, attentiveness, problem solving, and the job done. We highly recommend he gets a raise. You don’t want to lose him as an employee. You know how some people look at a mountain and say, “Psh! Yeah right. That’s never going to happen”? Roto-Rooter did an incredible job diagnosing and repairing a major pipe break that we had. They came promptly and were very professional during the repair. The price quoted was fair. If you are looking for a reputable company to work with, we highly recommend them.
