Miguel from roto rooter came and fixed my broken faucet and the leak underneath. Same day service is fantastic and he didn't give up until it was fixed. Very courteous and hard working. Thanks!
Timely and exceptional customer service.
The service rep., Miguel arrived timely, diagnosed the problem and proceeded to fix the drain blockage. He was patient in his approach and I thought he did a very good job in effectively resolving the problem. He was also friendly in his interactions.
