Complete scam tactics. Two technicians showed up hours later than initially said for a controller module leak. Before they even looked at the unit, the very first words out of their mouth were, 'That water heater is really old, you should replace the whole thing.' They completely assumed the tank was leaking. I literally had to point out the actual module leak to them, at which point one tech said, 'Oh, that’s what's leaking? Not the tank? Well, I won't put my name on that.' i had some work done by roto rooter ma couple months ago i paid 3000.00 to have not even 4 ft. of pipe cut out and replaced.today i woke up and noticed a loud sound coming from the crawl space .i went outside and saw a large amount of water coming from under the house.I had my sisters son go under to see what was going on . Aperently the last tech john who came out to fix the last problem did not support the pipe or connection and the repair he made.So the pipe was pulled right out of the fitting and i now have an open water... read more
