Their secretary Sarah is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in customer service. Which is unfortunate because their technician Travis was an amazing. She attempted to tell me what I should or shouldn't be doing with my tenants on my rental property, she interrupted and made assumptions through the entire conversation I had with her. Shane came out today and was excellent. We had a non-functioning garbage disposal and he was able to quickly resolve the issue and get things flowing again. He also helped us a couple of years ago on an emergency call for a burst water line in our garage. Thanks for the continued amazing service!
William came to my home today and was amazing! He listened to all my concerns and investigated to see what was going on. He took his time and was thorough and explained everything in great detail to me !
My technician, Will, diagnosed and fixed my problem quickly and even fixed a couple other small issues while he was here.
