I called them for a running toilet in the morning. They told me they would be at my house between 3-5. Pam called me back saying they were able to come earlier if that worked with me. So they came in the next 15 min. Paul and Austin both were very professional, polite, and did an excellent job! Cleaned up after they finished and came in my house with shoe covers on! Would highly recommend them! I will always call Roto Rooter when I need a plumbing job!

I AM ALLEN COCKRELL AND I WANT TO COMMEND THE TWO GENTLEMEN THAT CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE AND STAYED LONG INTO THE EVENING TO GET THE JOB DONE. THEY WERE VERY KIND AND INFORMATIVE. I REALLY APPRECIATE WHAT THEY DID AND HOW THEY DID IT. I CANT REMEMBER NAMES BUT ONE OF THEM WAS THE BOSS.
