I was going to leave a decent review. I had recently used this business to fix a leak. I was happy with the service until last Saturday, Jan 17, 2026, when I was at the corner of Campbell Lane and Nashville Rd, a Roto-Rooter truck drove by giving me and my friends the finger! We’ll never use your business again!
Jacob was great. Fast response and repair time at a very fair price.
Once scheduled on line, I received calls to confirm and to tell me when he was on his way. I was given an estimate and was told another part was wearing out. He was very friendly and I couldn’t have asked for better service.
I had an issue with my garbage disposal, Jake was able to come out quickly, was professional, and even cleaned up once the job was finished! I highly recommend using them for any plumbing need. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
