I am so thankful that Roto-Rooter is open on Saturdays! Chris was able to get here right away today! Great job! I didn't know that they pumped septic tanks until today, so we were in luck! Thank you, Chris!

Great staff and great work! Matt, especially, was super helpful to me in providing detailed diagnostics to aid in settling a claim with my insurance. He went above and beyond expectations to help us out and was always pleasant to work with - always very professional. Thank you to Roto-Rooter Twin Falls for fixing my plumbing troubles and to Matt for going the extra mile!

Daren came out to my home at 8pm on very short notice. It was freezing cold outside and we had a major clog and no operable plumbing. He fixed the problem in 15 minutes and then spent time showing me how he fixed it and how to avoid it from happening again. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very polite (took his shoes off before coming in the home). I would not hesitate to call on him again! highly recommend roto rooter. Thanks, Darren, for getting us up and running!
