The technician that came out to the house was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I was even educated because I had some odd questions and he took the time to explain everything in detail. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for your plumbing and septic needs!
We called this company at 8:00am, our issue was resolved by 11am. We had called other companies for over the phone quotes and this Roto-Rooter was the best price. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the final price was almost exactly what we were quoted.
